Construction Fair 2025 Interview Schedule

Interviews will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2025

• By noon Monday, September 15 submit pdf of presentation/other materials to BOX
• File naming convention: Session#_FirmName_Present/Materials(choose one)_#am/pm(interview time)_09-17-25.pdf
• File naming example: Session#2_Alpha_Present_8am_09-17-25.pdf
• All consultant materials are pdf only – for example, no ppt or video files
• All interviews will take place via Microsoft TEAMS videoconference
• Each firm's meeting invite will be provided via email from Consultant.Services@dot.wi.gov.
• Consultants may join the TEAMS meeting 10 minutes prior to interview start.
• List each presenter's name on the first slide of the presentation.
• Each firm will have a 30-minute interview, which includes a 25-minute presentation and 5-minute questions/answer.
• The names of the WisDOT interview panel will be announced at the beginning of the interview.
• There are no restrictions on the size of the consultant interview team.
• All consultant questions shall be emailed to Consultant Services - Consultant.Services@dot.wi.gov; no other WisDOT employee may be contacted.
