WIS 131 will remain open to traffic with a minimum of one lane in each direction for the first three stages of work at the County A roundabout. This will be the majority of the construction schedule. During the fourth stage of work, WIS 131 will need to be closed and detoured to complete construction of the County A roundabout. The detour would utilize WIS 71 and I-90. Traffic on County A will be maintained during stage 1, closed to the west during stage 2, closed to the east during stage 3 and fully closed during stage 4.
