Draft Beltline PEL Study Summary Report

The draft PEL Summary Report documents the work completed and decisions made during the Beltline PEL study. This includes the process of identifying the Beltline corridor needs, developing different strategies to address those needs, and identifying the potential improvements that should be carried forward for more detailed analysis in future National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) studies. The report also identifies how the corridor could be divided into different sections for completing future NEPA studies and recommends a general timeframe for when those studies could begin.

PEL Questionnaire - The PEL Questionnaire is intended to act as a summary of the planning process and ease the transition of the planning study to future National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis.
