Traffic Impacts
Traffic impacts are still being determined. It is the project team’s goal to minimize traffic impacts. While curb ramps are being constructed, pedestrians will be provided either temporary pedestrian facilities or detours.
Real Estate Impacts
Additional right of way will be required for this project. At various locations, the project will require a small (approx. 10-ft. wide) right of way and temporary easement acquisitions. Real estate acquisitions began in 2023.
Schedule
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2026.
