Overview
This project will make improvements to approximately 3.24 miles of WIS 145, between WIS 100 and WIS 167, in Waukesha and Washington Counties.

Proposed Improvements
- Mill and overlay existing asphalt surface
- Reconstruct existing curb ramps to meet WisDOT and ADA requirements
- Remove one guardrail and replace six (6) guardrails
- Replace traffic signal at the WIS 145 and County Q intersection
- Replace various cross culverts and improve drainage
Traffic Impacts
WIS 145 is anticipated to be closed between WIS 100 and WIS 167 during construction. A detour will be posted utilizing WIS 100, I-41, and WIS 167. Access to local businesses and residents will be maintained.
Public Involvement
WisDOT hosted a Public Involvement Meeting for this project on Thursday, November 14, 2024. It was held at the Germantown Village Hall from 4 - 6pm. Below are the documents available at the meeting:

Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2026.
