Project Overview
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works are proposing to replace the pavement on 0.75 miles of WIS 145 from N 12th Street to N 20th Street in the City of Milwaukee. Other improvements include replacing curb ramps to meet ADA standards, updating traffic signals, and evaluating adding dedicated bicycle facilities along the corridor.
Public Involvement
A public involvement meeting was held July 30, 2025 for the public to learn more about the project, get questions answered, and provide input. Meeting materials are available below:

Construction is currently scheduled for 2031.
