DTSD Facilities Development Process (FDP) – An Overview Curriculum

This course will provide an overview of the four phases of the Facilities Development Process which includes Project Initiation, Project Definition, Project Delivery and Project Proposal Execution. This course also shows how the concepts of Asset Management and Performance-Based Practical Design have been integrated into project delivery from programming through letting. There are seven modules, and the curriculum completion certificate will reflect the 2.5 professional development hour credits which will be awarded after completing all the modules.

This training will also touch on the Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Quality performance measures that are associated with each phase of the Facilities Development Process.
