• November 28, 2025 - Requests for proposals published to WisDOT site
• January 5, 2026 - Clarifying questions are due by 12:00 p.m. CST
• January 13, 2026 - Responses to clarifying questions will be posted by 4:30 p.m. CST
• February 3, 2026 - Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. CST
• April 30, 2026 - Award and deny letters will be emailed to submitters
