Timeline:

  • February 18, 2026 - Requests for proposals published to WisDOT site
  • March 4, 2026 - Clarifying questions are due by 4:30 p.m. CST
  • March 16, 2026 - Responses to clarifying questions will be posted by 4:30 p.m. CST
  • March 30, 2026 - Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. CST
  • May 2026 - Award and deny letters will be emailed to submitters

The submission period for the following RFPs closed on February 3rd, 2026:

  • Monitoring Long-Term Changes in Mechanically Stabilized Earth Walls
  • Artificial Intelligence Analyses of Balanced Mix Design Mixtures
  • Performance and Durability Assessment of Portland Limestone Cement Used in Wisconsin
  • Evaluation of Exposed Cast-in-Place Concrete in Corrosive Environments in the State of Wisconsin
