Little Black River Bridge south of Medford in Taylor County.
Overview
The bridge deck is showing signs of deterioration. To address this, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing to:
- Replace the bridge deck.
- Add concrete approach slabs.
- Complete approach work.
- Upgrade guardrail.
- Add pavement marking.
Schedule
- Construction currently is scheduled for 2026.
Traffic Impacts
WIS 13 will be closed and detoured during construction.
- Access to properties in the work zone will be maintained during construction.
