Locally Let Bids for Local Programs

In accordance with the Agricultural Roads Improvement Program (ARIP) and Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) guidelines, upon project award and following the receipt of a signed and executed State Municipal Agreement (SMA), local project sponsors are required to provide the advertising information for their project to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) seven (7) days prior to publishing.

This is done by entering let advertising information into the ARIPWeb platform at the same time the advertisement is sent to the newspaper, or by the Friday prior to the first week of the advertisement publishing. The same procedure applies to LRIP projects, which are entered into LRIPWeb. While not currently available, the functionality allowing LRIP sponsors to provide project advertising information will be introduced into LRIPWeb in early 2026. LRIP sponsors wishing to provide project advertising information before that should contact the department.

WisDOT will export available advertising information routinely at the beginning of each week. The latest advertisement submissions will be reflected at the top of the report.

The list(s) of all advertising information will be made available below in both an Excel and PDF format and will provide an ongoing view of both current and closed bids.
