Motorists on US 12 might encounter daytime shoulder closures between Altoona and Fall Creek for a two-week period beginning Monday, March 10.
The closures are necessary for clearing trees and brush in the highway right of way in advance of a resurfacing project between Short Road in the town of Washington and the bridge over Fall Creek in the Eau Claire County village of Fall Creek planned for this summer.
Motorists are reminded that using handheld cell phones in Wisconsin work zones is illegal. Alerts and updates provided via these sites are not intended for use while driving. When driving, your focus should always be on driving.
