Bicycle-related bridge closures and detours

The 4th Street bridge over the Wisconsin River in Tomahawk is being replaced and currently closed to traffic. Although the Hiawatha Trail bridge is used by snowmobiles, bicycle and pedestrian traffic can use this alternative route during the closure. The Hiawatha Trail bridge is approximately 5 blocks to the west of the 4th Street bridge off of Somo Avenue.

The 17th Street bridge in Two Rivers is closed due to mechanical problems. The detour for bicyclists is the 22nd Street bridge (STH 42), five blocks to the north.
