Project overview

24 miles of highway rehabilitation

• Asphaltic paving
• Eight new bridges
• Three bridge overlays
• Two deck replacements
• Beam guard
• Concrete base patching
• Ramp closure gates
• Law enforcement pads
• Pavement marking

I-43 is a critical transportation route connecting Milwaukee with Green Bay and northeast Wisconsin.

Project cost estimated at $14.5 million.

Status/phase

Construction started 2010 and scheduled for completion 2012.
