WIS 11 Rehabilitation (County C to 67th Dr.) - Racine County

This project is proposing to rehabilitate 3.1 miles of WIS 11 from County C to 67th Drive in Racine County. Proposed improvements include:

Remove the existing pavement and replace with new pavement and base course
Install new sidewalk from Industrial Park Drive to High Street
Improve the drainage of ditches along the corridor
Replace outdated traffic signal equipment
Reconfigure the WIS 11 and US 45 intersection so that trucks can better make all turning movements

Traffic staging options are still being evaluated.

Construction is currently scheduled for 2028.
