Traffic Impacts

WIS 54 will remain open to traffic during construction with the use of daytime flagging operations. Access will be maintained to businesses and residents except for when the moving paving operations are passing directly in front of those entrances. During those times, property owners will experience a short restriction in access.

Overall, only minor delays should be expected by the traveling public during construction.
